Notes: – During the trip, the passengers will receive the reconfirmation of the pickup hours a day before the tours / excursions / visits.Itinerary was planned with great care, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are very rare, in general the itinerary should be treated as a flexible guideline.

Domestic flight schedules are subject to change by the airline companies.

 

Payments

All the payments are 100% between forty five (45) and thirty (30) days prior to passenger(s) arrival, to guarantee the quality, because we must pre-pay: the spaces in hotels, air companies, train companies, tour guides, and many other services. The acceptation of our services will be confirmed with the payment of the 50% of the total.
The details for the payment(s) will be sending with the invoice according the price information.

 

Cancelation Policies

If we receive a notification of cancellation:
– 30 days before your arrival date in Peru, is reimbursed the paid amount after discounting administrative costs (between 15% to 25%). Not Applicable for plane and train tickets or archaeological or national parks entrances.
– 29-15 days before your arrival date to Peru, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost. Not Applicable for plane & train tickets, hotels, entrances to national parks or archaeological sites as Machu Picchu.
– 14-1 days before the date of arrival to Peru, is subject to a penalty of 90% of the total cost. Not Applicable for plane & train tickets, hotels, entrances to national parks or archaeological sites as Machu Picchu.

In the case of cancellations of services made during the trip or no-show of the passenger(s) is no reimbursement.

We recommend to the passengers to buy the travel insurance before the trip.

The percents mentioned before is not applicable for domestic flight tickets, train tickets, entrances. We can’t reimbursements this part of the money because the providers don’t accept any cancelation after the flight tickets, train tickets, entrances.

 

Policy Of Protection And Processing Of Personal Data

Inka & Amazonian Tours declares that it has a firm commitment to the protection, security and privacy of users. The personal information that I&AT collects about its customers is used in order to contact you if necessary. Inka & Amazonian Tours does not collect personal information about its customers for other purposes than those stated, nor does it sell, negotiate or rent personal information to any organization.

We only use your personal information (name, phone number and email address) for purchase, sale or confirmation of the reservations you request; or to send you information about our company, having the option of not receiving it.

 

Privacy

Inka & Amazonian Tours does not sell, exchange or release any of your private information (name, email address, credit card data) to any third parties, with the exception of the information necessary to complete your instructions.
